SANTANDER Corporate Banking has appointed Mike Oxby to the role of director of asset finance.  Mr Oxby joins the bank from RBS Lombard in Manchester, where he ran the corporate regional business, and prior to that he held a senior international role as sales director for Hewlett Packard Financial Services.
