Arlington swoops for German acquisition
A team from law firm DWF has advised Arlington Industries Group on the acquisition of the Wahler thermostat business from BorgWarner, for an undisclosed sum.
Arlington is a British automotive and aerospace components manufacturer with its headquarters in Manchester. Wahler is a manufacturer of automotive thermostats, with operations primarily in Germany.
A DWF team led by corporate partners Alasdair Outhwaite in Manchester, UK, and Mathias Reif in Cologne, Germany, advised Arlington and its shareholder Cartesian on the deal.
