Plans to build almost 300 new homes at the former Itron factory site in Stretford have moved a step closer following the purchase of the site by home builder Miller Homes. The proposals for 191 apartments and 91 houses on Talbot Road were unanimously approved by Trafford Council’s Planning & Development Committee.
