North Liverpool industrial scheme comes to market

Industrial specialists LM6 have been instructed to market a 15,096 sq ft new build industrial scheme at Charnock Point, Aintree, Liverpool, on behalf of North End Developments.

Construction is well under way and steel works have already been completed at the eight unit scheme which is targeted at small local occupiers and investors.

Charnock Point provides five units of 882 sq ft and a further three units of 3,550 sq ft.

Tony O’Keefe, director at LM6, said: “Charnock Point provides a rare opportunity to purchase small commercial or industrial units in Liverpool.

“There is high demand for units of this nature which are suited to commercial occupiers for both office, production or storage uses.

“Given their size we also expect interest from owner-occupiers and SIPP investors.”

The smallest units are offered at £106,000+VAT and are available individually or in a combination.

The scheme is expected to be complete by June.

Argyle Contractors are appointed as main contractor and LM6 are retained on a sole agency basis to sell the units.
