An office complex in Warrington has undergone a multi-million pound refurbishment.

CEG has overseen the refurbishment of the office complex at Birchwood Park.

As part of the refurbishment, CEG has rebranded the new look development. Previously known as The Beacons, the complex of three self-contained offices are now called Concentric.

The first unit offers 6,500 sq ft of workspace over two floors, along with 27 car parking spaces, at a quoting rent of £18.00psf pax.

The second is already let to ABS Consulting and the third provides 9,370 sq ft over two-floors, which can be subdivided into smaller offices, as well as a doubled-height ground floor reception befitting of a new headquarters.

Secure cycle parking, showers, lockers and 41 car parking spaces are also provided. The quoting rent is £18.50 per square foot.

Ultimate Office Solutions undertook the refurbishment on behalf of CEG, delivering LED lighting, new energy efficient studio-controlled air conditioning and showers, toilet, lifts, kitchenettes and disabled facilities.

Robert Morton, investment manager at CEG, said: “Our focus at CEG is on our customers.

“By delivering the highest quality headquarter space, with the flexibility to also provide smaller offices, in such a great business location we expect a high level of interest.

“A contemporary working environment, with a fabulous reception, well-designed facilities, optimum temperature control and plenty of light are proven to increase productivity, as well as helping to attract and retain staff.

“An environment like this, in which businesses can flourish, is exactly what our customers demand.”
