A multi-million pound development of build-to-rent apartments has opened its doors in a rejuvenated inner city area of Manchester.

Over £53m has been invested to create The Trilogy in the heart of Castlefield, which includes 232 pet-friendly one, two and three-bedroom apartments.

Spanning 165,000 sq. ft. the development is on Ellesmere Street and is set across three buildings known as Trilogy North, Trilogy West and Trilogy East.

The buildings are centred around a landscaped courtyard.

Facilities include communal gardens, a fully equipped gym, a residents’ lounge with co-working space plus free tea and coffee, cycle storage and 75 car parking spaces.

Ultrafast fibre optic broadband will be available throughout the development.

Other services include a resident team on hand 24 hours a day and security.

Additionally, a social calendar of events and a partner programme will open up opportunities for local businesses from personal trainers and beauticians to restaurants and bars.

Each apartment, available with or without furniture, has been designed to achieve a sleek, contemporary interior filled with light, and features an open-plan layout.

The same aesthetic has been realised within the shared spaces by Manchester’s SpaceInvader Design.
