A building in city centre Manchester is now fully let after three more tenants agreed leases

PD Properties has agreed a trio of deals at The Lexicon, totalling over 7,000 sq ft.

The building on Mount Street in central Manchester is now fully occupied.

Global recruitment firm Wilson HCG has taken 3,235 sq ft, having relocated from serviced office space at We Work, Spinningfields.

Engineering consultancy Banyards has moved into 2,036 sq ft while Reward Finance has also taken 1,781 sq ft. Both Banyards and Reward Finance have also relocated from serviced office space.

Secured at a headline rent of up to £24.50 per square foot the transactions were agreed for PD Properties by Avison Young and Colliers International.

The Lexicon is in a prime location directly opposite Central Library and close to the transport hub of St Peter’s Square.

Existing tenants include luxury Swiss watchmaker Raymond Weil, Howgate Sable LLP, Appleyard Lees and Malcolm Hollis.

PD Properties has also submitted a planning application to convert the top floor of the building into a self-contained office space with full height glazing and private roof terrace.

The suite will extend to approximately 1,000 square feet.
