A Manchester law firm is set to launch a £100m acquisition spree.

AWH Solicitors is planning to expand its services across the North West and is being backed by Sandton Capital Partners, a special situations investment fund.

Last year the firm acquired Roberts Jackson with the support of Sandton and is embarking on a strategy of acquisition and organic growth.

To date the firm has a turnover of £10m recording a 150% growth in 2018.

Abdul Hussain, managing director, AWH Solicitors, said: “We are looking for £100m worth of quality acquisitions in the next two years that complement and enhance our existing services and team.

“Our company ethos is centred around transparency and honesty and we are looking for firms that share these values.

“As well as setting our sights on substantial growth, we’re committed to becoming the UK’s number one regional consumer services business.

“Through organic and acquisition growth we believe we can achieve this and continue to look for acquisition opportunities which complement our culture and geographical footprint.”

AWH was set up in 2017 and employs over 100 people. It is a modern multi-service law firm providing legal services to clients across the UK.

The team of solicitors offer guidance and support for a range of legal matters: from family law and employment law to immigration, housing disrepair, personal injury, medical negligence, industrial disease and conveyancing.

Abdul Hussain added: “It’s important that we work with firms that share our vision. The consumer and personal injury areas are extremely active and there is much competition.

“We are eager to add further depth and quality to our operations through selected acquisitions.”
