Digital agency makes move into city centre

Digital agency Mechanised are re-locating to Manchester city centre from Tameside.

The business will be based in the Grade II listed Beehive Mill in Ancoats.

The move will allow Mechanised to tap into the digital networks and talent available in the city centre.

Co-founder Oliver Bannister said: “Ancoats is thriving creatively and culturally and Beehive Lofts is a truly inspiring space that will allow us to establish and strengthen our presence in the city centre and tap into the networks and rich talent pool that’s available in Manchester’s pioneering digital economy.”

His co-founder Martin Smith added: “We’ve grown steadily in Tameside but felt we needed to become more fully immersed with the digital scene in the city.

“With several notable contract wins under our belt, we need to move things up a gear and be in a more advantageous position to promote our work and our business. Ancoats and Beehive Lofts is the ideal location to help us to move Mechanised to greater successes.”

Mechanised is a drum-recommended, full-service brand and digital agency based in Manchester.
