A planning report has been drawn up into the £85m Eden Project planned for Morecambe Bay. The first environmental scoping report for the proposed Eden Project North attraction has been submitted to Lancaster City Council. The seaside attraction, which is being built on a former swimming pool site, will attract 760,000 visitors a year to the resort town.
