Garden of Eden-styled haven offers a ‘taste of paradise’

One of Eden's brunch options

A new eatery set to open in Manchester this August has served up a taste of its dining experience for the region’s foodies.

Eden, a botanical-inspired all-day dining, drinking and entertainment concept, promises a “floral wonderland” across its three-floor venue in the city’s Printworks.

It says the Garden of Eden-styled haven will offer a globally-inspired menu from morning to night, from bottomless brunches, to sharing platters, wood-fired grills and authentic pizzas.

From sunrise, Eden says it will present an enchanting eatery starting the day with a delicious brunch menu served Monday to Friday until 12pm and 3pm at the weekend.

Menu options include crushed avocado sourdough, buttery crumpets, full British breakfast and full British vegan breakfast. The bottomless brunch is priced at £25 per person.

The all-day menu includes ‘starters & sharers’ with highlights from this section including katsu chicken skewers, Lebanese lamb flatbread and chorizo Scotch egg, with vegetarian options including mac & cheese bites, LA chopped salad and gluten-free garlic bread – Garlic Bianca.

Eden’s artisan pizzas are handmade and baked on site in the traditional clay pizza oven.

Guests can choose to enjoy any Eden classic pizza, a bottle of wine and a dessert to share between two people for £20 from Monday to Thursday, 5pm to 10pm as part of the Dine Out 2 for £20 offer.

In the early evening Eden will offer an elegant drinking and dining scene, where guests can sip on botanical-themed artisan cocktails, worldly liquors, craft beer and wines.

Eden was trailed last month, following the closure of nightclub Tiger Tiger in the Printworks Complex. The site was sold to The Deltic Group last November.

One month earlier, Manchester-based Revolution Bars announced it had ditched plans to buy nightclub chain Deltic.

Eden will boast a sumptuous outdoor terrace, which it says will provide a sun-drenched hideaway in the city for all al fresco occasions.

Doug Waldron, Eden Manchester’s general manager, said: “We’re hugely excited to bring this brand-new botanical inspired, all-day destination concept to Manchester.

“Eden will be a truly captivating space, modern and eclectic and perfect for all occasions. We really wanted to create a paradise in the city where people can escape to, no matter what time of day it is.”

The Deltic Group brands include Bar&Beyond, ATIK, PRYZM, Fiction, Cameo, Kuda, Vinyl and now Eden.
