Plans submitted for £55m Urban Splash scheme at Wirral Waters
Peel L&P and regeneration company Urban Splash have formally submitted a planning application to Wirral Council to build a £55m development of modular homes at Wirral Waters.
The waterside residential quarter will bring the House by Urban Splash to Merseyside for the first time, with 347 modular, factory-built homes planned.
Each of the homes will be customisable by purchasers before being created offsite in the Urban Splash modular factory and then delivered to site.
