A personal insolvency firm is set to bring a jobs boost to Swinton, as it plans to double the headcount of its sales team.

Creditfix, the UK’s largest personal insolvency practice, is planning to recruit up to 20 customer account managers to join its team to help grow the branch.

The firm has helped more than 141,000 Brits get a handle on their financial worries since it first opened its doors in the Lowry Mills, Swinton in 2018, and it says it has grown from strength to strength.

Creditfix chief executive Paul Mason said: “We’re delighted to bring new recruitment opportunities to Swinton.

“Since opening our office we’ve seen the company continue to grow and develop, not just in Swinton, but also across all of our UK sites.

“This recruitment drive is an exciting opportunity for candidates with a desire to help people regain control of their finances.

“We’re keen to find people that are passionate about helping others and especially breaking down the stigma that surrounds debt.”

The company recently ranked among the UK’s top employers, being named in The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For 2019, with staff satisfaction ranked highly.

The accolade was based on anonymous feedback from a survey of the company’s 390 employees, in its offices across Glasgow, Manchester and Carlisle, measuring key factors such as wellbeing, personal growth and leadership.

Paul added: “Our employees are our biggest asset at Creditfix and are a testament to the successful running of the business, so it will be great to find some more brilliant people to add to help continue the journey.”
