Real estate advisor Savills, on behalf of BA Pension Fund, has let additional space at St James’s Tower in Manchester city centre to two of the building’s existing occupiers.

Fletcher’s Solicitors, currently occupying space on the building’s 15th floor, has agreed to a further 2,800 sq ft of office accommodation on the 16th floor at the top of the tower on an 11-year lease.

Pimberly, the UK’s only SaaS Product Information Management (PIM) platform provider, has taken 1,100 sq ft of new space on the building’s 10th floor, in addition to its current location on the ninth floor where it occupies 3,000 sq ft.

Secured on a three-year deal, this additional space has been fitted out and furnished to offer Pimberly a plug-and-play solution on an all-inclusive cost basis.

Located on Charlotte Street, St James’s Tower provides Grade A office accommodation with exceptional transport links and an array of nearby amenities.

The ground and first floors of the building are currently being extended and fully refurbished, which will also enhance the building’s façade.

Daniel Barnes, associate director in the office agency team at Savills, said: “It is testament to the quality and high specification of St James’s Tower that two existing occupiers have chosen to commit further and take additional space in the building.

“With BA Pension Fund investing in the building we can expect St James’s Tower to remain a popular option for occupiers seeking good quality accommodation.”
