Land deal paves the way for 200 homes on Cheshire site

National land promoter Richborough Estates has sold a major housing site near Congleton to housebuilder Bellway Homes. The 25 acre site, off Black Firs lane, and close to the A54 Holmes Chapel Road, was awarded planning permission in 2018 from East Cheshire Council. Up to 200 homes will now be built by Bellway, which will include 35 affordable homes, with a mix of houses to suit a range of homeowners.
