Huge kebab restaurant to open in centre of Manchester

A huge restaurant specialising in high quality kebabs is to open in a vacant unit in Manchester’s Corn Exchange. The German style Doner Haus is to open in the site which was occupied by Byron Hamburgers. The new restaurant  will serve  Berlin-style kebabs and currywurst. The menu will centre around Berlin-style doner meat, served on sourdough flatbreads and Turkish flatbreads. Sanjeev Sanghera, founder and CEO of Döner Haus, said: "It's been found that in the UK doner is sometimes only as little as 25% meat, and that'...
