Work due to start on major traffic scheme on one of Manchester’s busiest junctions

A major scheme designed to improve traffic at one of Manchester’s busiest junctions is due to start next month. The work to remodel the roundabout at the foot of Princess Parkway in Hulme will start as another major scheme is finally completed. Council bosses have announced that the junction under the Mancunian Way will be remodelled into two separate roads. The work will start as the improvements on nearby Regent Road are finally completed. The improvement works on Regent Road have seen traffic delays in the city centre...
