Trio of deals secured at Corner Block office building

The Office Agency teams at CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield in Manchester have completed deals with three professional services firms at Corner Block, a Grade A building, located in the heart of Deansgate giving fantastic access in and out of the city.

Lettings collectively comprising more than 22,000 sq ft have been agreed with Search Consultancy, Robert Half and a global insurance business.

A modern, refurbished building in the heart of Manchester, Corner Block is surrounded by a range of established businesses.

National recruitment consultancy, Search has taken 14,000 sq ft on floors one and two of the building.

The well-recognised insurance business has taken 5,000 sq ft on floor three and recruitment agency Robert Half, represented by JLL, has agreed 3,200 sq ft on the sixth floor.

Corner Block has undergone internal remodeling to offer the highest standard, design-led workspace for the modern occupier.

The building offers flexible office floorplates ranging from 3,200-9,200 sq ft, allowing businesses to choose a bespoke workspace to suit their needs.
