HR firm makes second acquisition in just 12 months
Wirral based human resources firm AdviserPlus has acquired a specialist consulting firm.
The firm has bought Working Transitions, which is based in Northampton, for an undisclosed amount.
The deal means AdviserPlus will be able to expand its offering.
Working Transitions offers organisational change services to clients across a broad range of industries and sectors, including globally recognised brands and FTSE 100 organisations in financial services, manufacturing, retail and legal.
Founded in 1983 it also works with charities and is a longstanding partner to a number of government departments.
The deal builds on AdviserPlus’ acquisition of HR platform implementation experts, Succeed in October 2018 and a UK partnership with global HR business analytics specialists HCMI.
The firm employs more than 300 HR specialists across two offices in Liverpool and Yorkshire.
