EAMONN Boylan has been appointed as Stockport Council's new chief executive, subject to formal confirmation. Mr Boylan is currently deputy chief executive of national housing and regeneration body the Homes and Communities Agency where he is responsible for improvement programmes for land, private finance, growth and new initiatives.
