HOME Delivery Network’s acquisition of DHL’s UK domestic business-to-business and business-to-consumer parcel delivery operations, has been cleared by the Office of Fair Trading.The approval clears the way for Whiston-based HDN, already the UK’s largest home delivery and collection company, to increase its market share to around 17%.The company announced the deal in early January.
