Opus North in £3m Runcorn swoop

PROPERTY development and investment firm Opus North has bought a prime development site in Runcorn, Cheshire for £3m.The company bought the four acre site in West Lane, opposite Halton Lea Shopping Centre, from a private investor.The site, which comprises a two-storey office building called Vestric House, was occupied by AAH Pharmaceuticals of Coventry.
