Russell Homes starts work on Anglesey scheme

TRAFFORD Park-based housebuilder Russell Homes has begun work on a waterside apartment development overlooking the bay of Rhosneigr at Anglesey in North Wales.

Russell Homes is building nine apartments and three townhouses which are being offered as holiday homes.

The company, which is owned by David, Andrew and Gareth Russell, said that the units had already attracted significant interest and that five properties had been sold off-plan. It expects the properties to be built by summer 2012.

The properties have been designed by Reid Architects and are priced between £385,000-£450,000. Each offers direct access to the beach and is accessed by a private slip road.

Russell Homes managing director, Andrew Russell, said; “To secure off-plan sales for The Waterfront during the current climate is quite remarkable but is reflective of both the quality of the specification and the incredible beachside location of the development.

“Our buyers are families and discerning couples from across the North West area who are looking for a home or holiday home in a great location, that also offers a great investment for the future.”
