SPANISH Hotels company Melia Hotels is to open a new 11-storey, £25m hotel at Ask Developments' First Street scheme in Manchester.The company made the announcement at the FITUR international tourism trade fair in Madrid this afternoon.The 208-bed, four-star hotel will operate under the company's Innside brand and will be its third UK site.It will be an anchor tenant at Ask's First Street site, alongside the new £20m cultural centre featuring the Cornerhouse and Library Theatre Company.
