Data centre specialist IDA snapped up

AN ENGINEERING company in Tattenhall specialising data centre installations has been acquired by a London-based competitor for an undisclosed sum.

Integrated Design Associates has been snapped up by Hurleypalmerflatt, which employs around 300 people and turned over £22.1m last year.

Hurleypalmerflatt  said that the acquisition would boost its capacity in sectors such as commercial offices, financial services, technology, industrial and pharmaceutical.
