MORE THAN three quarters of the region's entrepreneurs have said that their business has failed to return to pre-credit crunch levels virtually three years after the crisis began, according to a new survey.

The survey, conducted by accountants RSM Tenon, showed that 76 per cent of firms believe activity levels are lower now than three years ago and one in ten believe it will take another three years for confidence to return to the market.
