Manchester councils to control £110m property fund

A CONSORTIUM led by the 10 Greater Manchester councils has been chosen to manage a £110m fund designed to kick-start stalled office schemes in the region.
The councils have teamed up with the Greater Manchester Pension Fund and commercial property advisers CB Richard Ellis to control the North West's first urban development fund (UDF), which has been named the Evergreen Fund.
