THERESA Grant has been appointed as Trafford Council's new chief executive.Ms Grant has been carrying out the role on an interim basis since August last year following the departure of former chief executive Janet Callendar.She joined Trafford Council in June 2009 as corporate director for transformation and resources and had previously worked on transformation and regeneration programmes at Manchester City Council for 14 years.
