INDUSTRIAL property specialist SEGRO has completed the sale of Trafford Park, Heywood Distribution Park and a pair of business parks in Birmingham in a £204.5m deal to a fund advised by Harbert Management Corporation.The deal, which was announced last month, sees SEGRO sell the assets at a price which was 2.9% below their book value at December 31. The sale price represents a net initial yield of 6.7 per cent, or 7.4 per cent with the benefit of lease incentive top-ups.
