Lloyds and Co-op agree terms on branch sales

THE Co-operative Group and Lloyds Banking Group have announced that they have agreed terms over the sale of the Project Verde package of assets that includes 632 bank branches.Both sides confirmed that they had agreed terms for the assets last night.
