MANCHESTER-based haulier Brian Prescott Ltd has acquired competitor Roe Green Transport, also in Manchester, for an undisclosed sum.

Brian Prescott Ltd has been established for over 50 years, providing haulage, storage and distribution services.

Roe Green operates six vehicles and holds an ADR licence to carry chemical products.
