MORE than 370 homes in Anfield which had been earmarked for demolition are to be saved.Liverpool City Council has announced a £25m plan to redevelop homes in the area - £10m of which has come from the Government's Empty Homes Initiative. The remainder will come from the city council, the Homes & Communities Agency and social housing provider Your Housing.The scheme, known as Anfield Village, will see 168 vacant houses brought back into use and a further 206 refurbished.
