FAMILY-owned restaurant group San Carlo is to spend £700,000 on an upgrade of its Manchester site.The company said that the investment in its flagship restaurant on King St West will be used to create a new private dining room and develop a lower ground floor level with a patisserie and ice cream-making operation that will serve all of its Northern restaurants.Toilets and ancillary areas will also be moved to the lower ground floor level to make space for an extra 40 covers in the dining area.Work has already begun on the low......for the full story register now for free or login below...
