North West firms see cashflow improvement but are still latest payers in UK

NORTH West businesses are paying their bills a week earlier than a year ago but are still the latest payers in the UK.
The latest data from global information services company Experian reveals that between April and June this year firms in the North West paid their overdue invoices on average 28.63 days after the agreed terms.
This compares to 35.23 days after the agreed terms during the first quarter of this year and 34.63 days in the second quarter of 2011.
