Bluemantle nets £10.9m in property sales

PROPERTY investment and development company Bluemantle has sold a retail scheme in Alderley Edge and a Chorley college for a combined £10.9m.
It sold 15,000 sq ft retail scheme The Paradein Alderley Edge for £6.4m, reflecting a net initial yield of 4.71% to pension fund clients of Aberdeen Asset Management.
The Parade is home to two food operators; The Co-Op and Waitrose, which opened a 6,000 sq ft store last year.
