GLOBAL engineering group Bodycote has once again reported strong results, with growth in half year revenues and profits. The Macclesfield-based group, which specialises in heat treatment of metals for industrial use and was forced into major restructuring during the downturn, saw turnover increase 4.5% to £301.3m for the half year to the end of June 2012 (2011: £288.2m). Pre-tax profit also increased 8.7% to £43.8m (2011: £40.3m).
