THE jury in the trial of three former directors of health sector IT supplier iSoft who are accused of misleading the stock market, has been sent out to consider its verdicts. Former chief operating officer Steve Graham, 48, finance director and latterly chief executive Tim Whiston, 44, and finance director John Whelan, 45, are accused of plotting to create ‘huge discrepancies’ in iSOFT's accounts to deceive investors.
