LIVERPOOL-based developer Prospect GB has completed another deal at Meridian Business Village in Hunts Cross, with Riverside Home Ownership.

Riverside Home Ownership, a division of social housng provider Riverside Group, has taken 5,500 sq ft of office space on a ten-year lease and is the ninth tenant to move into the £6m development since the turn of the year.
