Camfil Farr to open Heywood plant, creating 100 jobs

CAMFIL Farr Air Pollution Control, a manufacturer of dust and fume collection equipment, is to open a 40,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Heywood, creating more than 100 jobs. Work is already underway on the new plant at the Birch Business Park in Heywood and it is expected to open in January 2013.  When fully operational the plant, understood to have required a total investment of around £2.5m, will employ more than 100 people in engineering, metal fabrication, welding and assembly positions.
