CUMBRIAN paper and materials group James Cropper has appointed former 3M executive Phil Wild as chief executive after long-serving ceo Alun Lewis stepped down.Mr Wild, who is currently based in Cheshire, will take up his new role in early October, when he will join the board of the AIM-listed Kendal company.
