Impact attracts NZ investor in share placing

LENDER Impact Holdings has raised £320,000 in a share placing.The Daresbury-based company, which offers finance to solicitors' practices, has placed 400,000 new shares at 80p each with the Mercantile Investment Company, taking its holding to 20%.Mercantile's primary shareholder is Sir Ron Brierley, a New Zealand-based investor.In a statement Impact said the cash would be used to fund future acquisitions and for working capital.Chief executive Paul Davies, said: “The group has earmarked a number of opportunities in provi......for the full story register now for free or login below...
