AN ambitious North West IT services provider has snapped up a software development and health & safety consultancy.adept4, which is based at Sci-Tech Daresbury, has bought TGF Consultants, which has offices in Lymm, and Cockermouth, Cumbria.The acquisition, for an undisclosed sum, should take adept4's turnover from £2.25m in 2011 to more than £4m by the end of this year.
