LAW firm Berg has appointed solicitor Kalvin Chapman to lead its push into interest rate mis-selling litigation. Mr Chapman has joined the Manchester firm Ashton Fox Solicitors after Berg received a large number of enquiries from concerned businesses which may  have been mis-sold interest rate swap products.
