SALFORD City Council has approved plans for a £430m regeneration scheme in Pendleton.The scheme, led by the SP+ consortium, will involve the creation of 1,600 new homes, as well as the refurbishment of an existing 1,200 properties over 500 acres.The lead partner in the consortium is social housing landlord Chevin Housing Association on behalf of Together Housing.
