INVESTMENT fund Eurovestech has sold its 40% shareholding in Manchester-based Knowledge Support Systems for £7.2m.The London-based investor bought the Oxford Road-based company, which provides of price optimisation solutions for petroleum fuel industries, in June 2003 for £1m.Since then it has restructured the business, selling off its retail-focused division in 2009, and overseen growth in revenues from £1m to £7.7m in the year to the end of June 2011.Eurovestech's stake has been bought by its 31% sha......for the full story register now for free or login below...
