THE new headquarters building of mental health charity 42nd Street was named Greater Manchester's Building of the Year last night.The chairty's aluminium-clad Space youth Intervention Centre on Great Ancoats Street was the brainchild of architect Maurice Shapero working with Bolton's Bradshaw Gass & Hope. The £750,000 project, which picked up the Manchester Society of Architects Award in May, was constructed by City Build Manchester.
