CHESHIRE restaurant entrepreneur Edwina Lilley, creator of the Piccolino, Restaurant Bar & Grill and Est Est Est chains, has died aged 54.Wilmslow-based Mrs Lilley, who died after a short illness, was a hugely respected personality in the hospitality industry.As well as her career running restaurants with her husband Derek, she also launched Restaurant magazine and the World's 50 Best Restaurants Awards, as well as setting up the Fourth Hospitality technology business.Fourth Hospitality, with runs the IT systems for restaurants......for the full story register now for free or login below...
