VIVA Brazil, the North West restaurant group, is opening a third venue, after sealing a £375,000 funding injection.

The business, which has sites in Liverpool and Glasgow, is to launch in Cardiff and create 30 jobs after the funding deal from Santander Corporate Banking, under the government’s Enterprise Finance Guarantee.
