Baltic Triangle to get first student flats

A PLAN to build the first student flats in Liverpool's Baltic Triangle area is set to be approved next week.A company listed as BPNW, based in Liverpool, has applied to build an eight-storey block with 64 apartments on St James Street. There will also be two office units on the ground floor.The site is currently occupied by six empty shop units and a former pub.The application, which is being handled by Make Architecture, is an amendment to an approval granted last year for 24 apartments.According to council papers prepared ahead o......for the full story register now for free or login below...
