A NUMBER of flights from Manchester to the US have again been cancelled due to the imminent arrival of Hurricane Sandy.Manchester Airport said two New York flights and services to Washington and Philadelphia had been axed for a second day.

A spokesman said: "Most people seem to be aware of the weather situation and were pre-notified of cancellations.
